He has worked at a central imaging facility as well as several CROs, medical devices, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical companies. While working for these organizations, his leadership roles include director of clinical affairs, clinical operations manager, clinical team manager, clinical trial manager, project manager, and QA/QC manager. In addition, he was certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP). This diversified expertise has allowed him to focus and draw from strategic on-boarding plans, managing clinical site expectations with sponsor requirements, setting reasonable timelines, driving toward timely study execution and completion, and staying within budget requirements/constraints. Furthermore, he has been responsible for various scope of monitoring and project management activities such as site selection, site and vendor budget/contract negotiation, SOP developments, site training, and site management. Fatuga has had a career marked by extensive experience and a commitment to excellence. Throughout his career, he has played pivotal roles in several successful studies and consistently delivering high quality work while putting a high emphasis on building collaborative teams.
